The 7th annual Roadie Palooza was held in Scottsdale AZ on Thursday night January 27, 2011. This was the first night of TOUR LINK and we had a great crowd.
This was the first year for the new partnership of Tour Link and Roadie Palooza and was warmly received by the attendees.

Larry Smith, Executive Producer of Tour Link,welcomed the attendees to the three day event and introduced his bard members and staff. He then turned it over to me as I explained what Roadie.net was, what we do for the Roadie community, and what the heck is a Roadie Palooza. I resolved to the group that we would continue to combine these two great events in the years to come and get bigger and better each year.
I then announced this years inductee into the Roadie For Life Hall of Fame. The winner this year was Chuck Randall. Chuck has been active in the tour industry for decades and has been the tour manager for the Greatful Dead, Alice in Chains, and countless other artists. He is also currently a Tour Link Board Member.
Chuck was completely caught off guard as only a handfull of us knew ahead of time that he was the awardee. After accepting the award he spoke to the crowd and Larry added his endorsement of Chuck being bestowed this honor.

It was a rainy day in Las Vegas on October 20th for the sixth annual Roadie Palooza at the Double Down Saloon. Despite the weather and the middle of the week date many roadies came out to see old friends and the award presentations.

The evening started with the traditional group photo and then turned serious as RN Production Manager Kat Hennen read the “Roadie Roll Call” listing the brothers and sisters that we lost in 2010.
