Hi there! This is my first post since the site was renewed, and to be honest I really hoped to post something not about this sad story.
So, here are some updates from this tragedy: Francesco Pinna was a 20 y.o. student, and was there as local stagehand, even the other guy, still in intensive, was a local.
Good news is that 4 of the hurt people in the collapse were released yesterday, wednesday 14, from the hospital.
The artist, Lorenzo Cherubini, known as Jovanotti, via tweeter, sad “This tragedy takes my breath away, and deeply hit my heart”.
So far, according with the artist management the entire tour has been suspended.
That day I was working at the Rihanna show in Milan, and we were everybody pretty shocked about this news.

The cause of the collapse seems to be the yielding of the frontal part of the ground support.
The set-up was almost finished, the tragedy happened around 2.00 p.m., the rolling stage was already pushed under the lighting set-up and the backliners were already
    setting their stuff too.
The authorities have opened an inquiry to determinate the causes of the collapse.

The local worker that was in the worst condition feels now a little better: he left the intensive, and has been moved to orthopedics rooms to complete his recovery.
Today’s news is that the Trieste’s Prosecutor’s office have sent 9 notifications to the owners of the companies and offices involved that day in the setting up of the show.
The Prosecutor in charge of this case, said that the number of notifications could eventually raise in the next days.
He also said that it will take a couple of weeks to comprehend all the causes of the collapse, and define all the responsabilities: “we prefer to take our time and go a bit slowly, than close the enquiry fast and leave something behind”.
Here’s a video from a National tv news of the collapse (spoken in Italian):
